All About MF & CO

Moveable Feast & Co. first began in a quaint little shop in the charming downtown Geneva, IL. Original owners, Matt and Kim Lennert, had a dream of owning a small cafe and catering business that made customers feel valued, loved, and well-fed. Matt and Kim valued their customer relationships and strived to provide delish whole foods for anyone who walked through the door. From the iconic Fairytale Cookie to the refreshing Power Tuna Salad, along with their guaranteed incredible catering, Matt and Kim brought the best of the best to their customers.

And one day, their Brownie became famous as it was featured on Oprah’s Favorite Things Show. Customers from all over the nation began ordering the dense, chocolatey brownies that were considered irresistible and worth praise. Lines down the block began to form, and Moveable Feast & Co. was now a dream destination for all.

After more than a decade of making their dream a reality, Matt and Kim felt the pull toward a new adventure. They relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina, where they opened Spoon Fed Kitchen and Bakeshop, quickly earning a glowing reputation in their coastal community for exceptional catering and heartfelt hospitality. Confident in their decision, they passed the Moveable Feast & Co. torch to Ashley and Matt, a husband-and-wife team who shared their passion for faith, family, food, and community.

Ashley and Matt did just that. They grew the business by opening CO251 and opening a restaurant and cafe location in Wheaton, IL, all while keeping the values that Moveable Feast & Co. was built on. Soon enough, they began planting large gardens on their property, providing fresh organic produce for the restaurant, to feed their customers the best quality food they could get, and bring the ultimate farm-to-table experience to their guests.

Today, Moveable Feast & Co. continues to thrive at its Wheaton location on Hale Street. But what we offer is more than a menu—it’s an experience rooted in family values, community connection, and the belief that food has the power to bring people together. We consider it a blessing from God to serve in this way, nourishing both body and soul, one shared meal at a time.
